POSITION                            : SALES EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT                   :  Sales/Marketing
REPORTS TO                      :  General Manager
DIRECT REPORTS             :  Nil

INTU-Group Ghana ltd. is looking to expand its Business Scope. Our business is growing.   We are seeking Sales professional to generate business, follow up on leads and manage after sales relationships.
You will be responsible for developing new business, growing and managing client relationships, gathering client requirements, presentation and coordination of the selection and delivery process.


  • Identify and make sales pitches to prospective customers
  • Initiate, prepare and coordinate the development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects to penetrate new markets
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain customer after sales service support mechanism to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • To perform any other job-related duties, assigned by his/her direct manager.    

Education and Experience

  • A University degree or relevant qualification in sales and marketing (CIM or HND Marketing)
  • A background in IT will be an added advantage

  • Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing; prepare sales proposals
  • Must possess excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
  • Must have high presentation and demonstration skills
  • Must have strong public-speaking skills
  • Must have solid negotiation and be an avid problem-solver
  • Able to assemble and execute sales and marketing plans

Managerial Competencies

  • Willing and able to operate effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different personalities
